March is Food Share month.Hope Lutheran will be participating in this activity. All through the month of March you are asked to bring food for the Kitchen Table Food Shelf in Marshall and put it in the shopping cart in the narthex of church. They are in special need of hard and soft taco shells, granola bars, snack/saltine crackers and Mac & Cheese. The walk around offering on Sunday, March 22, along with a 4:1 match with a $6,000 cap from the Endowment Fund, will be given to the Kitchen Table Food Shelf. Financial donations go further due to access to food banks and discount purchasing programs, allowing the Kitchen Table Food Shelf to purchase items most needed. If you are not able to be in church on March 22 but would like to make a financial donation to the Kitchen Table Food Shelf, write a check (to Hope Lutheran Church with memo line Food Shelf) or put money in an envelope with a note indicating Food Shelf donation.Your support raises awareness and provides food for those in need, like the 15,396 individuals served in Lyon County in 2025. Together, we can fight hunger!
